Flock is building the retirement solution for landlords. We’ve created the first tech-driven 721 Exchange to help individual rental property owners seamlessly convert their real estate into passively owned shares in a professionally managed portfolio of homes. Some people call it the UPREIT, we call it "The People’s REIT."

The Position

We're hiring our first marketer: an experienced individual to lead product marketing, go-to-market strategy and a wide range of integrated campaign development across several channels and stages of the funnel. This role is at the center of Flock's growth—you'll be pivotal to the success of the company as you help expand awareness of Flock in existing and new markets. This person should be thoughtful and creative, a dynamic team player, and ready to roll up their sleeves and get scrappy.

The ideal candidate has experience deeply understanding customer needs and responding to them through competitive positioning, go-to-market strategies and campaign tactics that drive demand, conversion and retention. You will have a clear, measurable impact on the business and play a material role in the development of the team as we scale.

As the first marketing hire at Flock, this person will also be responsible for a range of online and offline marketing efforts, including Facebook, paid search, Direct Mail, TV, radio, and OOH advertising campaigns. The candidate should be prepared to take ownership of all aspects of marketing, as an individual-contributor or manager of outside consultants and agencies.
